Operating Hours

eIPO Services are available 24 hours a day.

Clients should be aware of the announcements of the respective IPO application schedule.

Margin application deadline 11:00am on the last business day preceding the IPO application deadline (while quantity lasts).
Cash application deadline 3:00pm on the last business day preceding the IPO application deadline.

How to Subscribe

  1. Login to UTRADE HK app
  2. Select eIPO in the menu
  3. Select IPO and fill in the subscription information
  4. Click Confirm to complete your eIPO application
UTRADE Web
  1. Login to UTRADE Web
  2. Click on e-IPO under Other Services menu
  3. Select IPO and fill in the subscription information
  4. Click Confirm to complete your eIPO application
Remarks:
Application Rejection:

You cannot submit more than one application with the same IPO. Multiple applications or suspected multiple applications will be rejected. Applying with different trading accounts for the same IPO will be regarded as multiple applications, and will be rejected. The interest and administrative fee charged are not refundable.

Allotment Result
Successful IPO Application:

Account Executive will directly notify the client about the allocation result. Before the day of listing, the allotted shares will be deposited to your trading account. We will also issue a "Consolidated Daily Statement" to client on the day of the announcement of the allocation result, including the number of shares successfully applied and the refund of the balance (if applicable).

Unsuccessful IPO Application:

If your application is wholly or partially unsuccessful, a full refund or a refund of the excess amount will be directly credited into your trading account on the refund date as announced by the issuers. The interest and administrative fee charged are not refundable.
