  1. 本活動只適用於個人客戶參加。公司客戶及機構投資客戶並不符合參加資格。
  2. 活動推廣期(下稱推廣期) 為2020年12月1日至2021年2月28日。
  3. 推廣期內，透過UTRADE電子交易系統，包括UTRADE網頁/ UTRADE HK 流動應用程式/ UTRADE Futures (網頁/ 流動應用程式) 進行港股、A股及香港期貨交易，每滿港幣$100佣金或每宗網上新股認購可獲1次抽獎機會。
  4. 推廣期內，透過UTRADE電子交易系統，包括UTRADE Futures (網頁/ 流動應用程式)/ UTRDAE HK Options (網頁/ 流動應用程式) 進行環球期貨(不包括芝商所的期貨產品)及股票期權交易，每滿港幣$100佣金可獲5次抽獎機會。

  7. 抽獎將於2021年3月24日進行。
  8. 抽獎將會以電腦隨機形式進行並會邀請核數師在場監察。如大華繼顯 (香港) 有限公司隨後確定得獎者不符合資格，本公司有權從後備名單中補上得獎者。不符合資格的得獎者是指公司客戶、機構投資客戶、違法或被暫停的戶口、交易代理人、大華繼顯 (香港) 有限公司之員工及其家屬。
  9. 客戶於此活動只能中獎一次。
  10. 得獎者將會在抽獎後一星期收到電郵通知。
  11. 得獎名單將刊登於2021年3月31日之星島日報及英文虎報。
  12. 獎品將在2021年3月31日宣布結果之後的60天內存入相應的證券帳戶中。
  13. 獲得"特別獎"之得獎者，於2021年4月1日至5月31日期間，透過UTRADE電子交易系統，包括UTRADE網頁/ UTRADE HK 流動應用程式/ UTRADE Futures (網頁/ 流動應用程式)/ UTRDAE HK Options (網頁/ 流動應用程式) 進行交易，可獲共最多港幣1,000元佣金回贈。佣金回贈將於交易日起後60天內自動轉賬至得獎者的交易戶口。佣金不得兌換為現金。
  14. 所有獎品不得兌換為現金或其他產品，亦不得轉讓。
  15. 違法或被暫停的戶口不合符資格參與是次推廣。
  16. 大華繼顯 (香港) 有限公司不會對任何人因是次推廣蒙受損失而承擔責任。

UTRADE Easy to Win Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to all retail accounts. Corporate and institutional accounts are excluded from this promotion.
  2. This promotion will be held from 1 December 2020 to 28 February 2021 (promotion period).
  3. Every HK$100 commission generated from HK Stocks, A-shares and HK Futures online trades OR every e-IPO application executed via UTRADE trading platforms including UTRADE Web/ UTRADE HK Mobile App/ UTRADE Futures (Web/ Mobile App) during the promotion period represents 1 chance in the Lucky Draw.
  4. Every HK$100 commission generated from Global Futures (other than CME Futures Products) and Stock Options online trades via UTRADE trading platforms including UTRADE Futures (Web/ Mobile App)/ UTRADE HK Options (Web/ Mobile App) during the promotion period represents 5 chances in the Lucky Draw.
  5. Every HK$100 commission generated from US Stocks and CME Futures Products online trades via UTRADE trading platforms including UTRADE Web/ UTRADE HK Mobile App/ UTRADE Futures (Web/ Mobile App) OR joining the Stock Savings Plan during the promotion period represents 10 chances in the Lucky Draw.
  6. Account executives and staff of UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited and its affiliates do not qualify for this promotion.
  7. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 24 March 2021.
  8. Winners will be picked randomly by computerized means in the presence of an auditor. If UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited subsequently determines that a winner is not eligible. UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited reserves the right to replace him/her with a replacement winner in the reserve list. Non-eligible winners refer to corporate accounts, institutional accounts, delinquent accounts, suspended accounts, account executives, staff of UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited and its affiliates.
  9. Clients can only win once in this promotion.
  10. Winners will be notified via email one week after the draw is conducted.
  11. Announcement of the winners will be published on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 31 March 2021.
  12. The prizes will be deposited in the respective securities account within 60 days after the results has been announced.
  13. For 'Special Prize' winners, a maximum of HK$1,000 commission will be rebated against contracts executed with UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited via UTRADE trading platforms including UTRADE Web/ UTRADE HK Mobile App/ UTRADE Futures (Web/ Mobile App)/ UTRADE HK Options (Web/ Mobile App) between 1 April and 31 May 2021. Rebates will be credited into winners' account within 60 days after the last qualifying trade date. Commission cannot be redeemed for cash.
  14. All prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or other discounts, and are non-transferable.
  15. Delinquent and/ or suspended accounts will not be eligible to participate in the promotion.
  16. UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage arising in connection with this promotion.
  17. Should there be any disputes arising from the promotion, the decision and records of UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited shall be final.
  18. These Terms and Conditions have been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
