5. 新客戶需於轉倉後將認證資料 (包括大華继显之賬戶號碼 + 姓名 + 提供轉倉證明)發送電郵至 mkt@uobkayhian.com.hk 進行審核，認證通過後，客戶可享受轉倉獎賞。
6. 股票價值將以股票到貨日為準，股票價值需為HK$100,000或以上（等值）。HK$500現金獎賞將於90日内發送至客戶之賬戶内。

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from 11 November 2021 to 31 December 2021, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
2. If clients terminate their accounts within 12 calendar months after the account is opened, all rebates or fee waiver will be debited from the client's accounts without prior notice.
3. The offers are only applicable to Self-Service clients ("New Clients") who have successfully opened a Securities account with UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited ("UOBKH") during the promotion period. Clients who are tagged with an Account Executive are not eligible for the offers.
4. Self-Service Clients refer to clients who did not subscribe to any Account Executive Services and did not open any UOB Kay Hian account in the past 12 months.
5. New clients should send an email to mkt@uobkayhian.com.hk with the verification information (including UOB Kay Hian's account number, full name, proof of stock transfer) for verification. The client will be entitled to the rewards after passing the verification.
6. The net value of the transfer-in stocks is based on the closing price of the settlement day. The stock value must be equivalent to HK$100,000 or above. The HK$500 cash reward will be deposited to client's account within 90 days.
7. New client must complete Offer 1 to be entitled to Offer 2. The first 10 clients who have completed 20 US online trades by 31 January 2022 will receive 1 BE@RBRICK Marvel 400% on a random basis.
8. Prizes are subject to availability and the organizer reserves the rights to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value. Participants cannot dissent.
9. The prizes must be collected from the Wan Chai office (Address: 6/F, Harcourt House, 39 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai) of UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited on or before 28 February 2022. The prize collections will be conducted on an appointment basis. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited with no compensation provided to winners.
10. UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited is not responsible for the gift merchant platforms to provide any product or service including product sales or after-sales. If you have any questions other than the issuance of gifts, please contact the merchants directly.
11. Qualified clients must subscribe to the e-Statement service.
12. UOB Kay Hian reserves the rights to suspend, change or terminate any offer, and/or amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of UOB Kay Hian. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
