This promotion will be held from 1 December 2021 to 28 February 2022 (promotion period).
Every HK$100 commission generated from the accumulated commission of all HK Stocks, US Stocks and A-shares online trades via UTRADE trading platforms including UTRADE Web/ UTRADE HK Mobile App during the promotion period receives 1 chance in the Lucky Draw.
Every HK$100 commission generated from the accumulated commission of all Futures and Stock Options online trades via UTRADE trading platforms including UTRADE Futures (Web/ Mobile App)/ UTRADE HK Options (Web/ Mobile App) during the promotion period receives 5 chances in the Lucky Draw.
Every new UTRADE account opened via online account opening form during the promotion period receives 50 chances in the Lucky Draw. New or existing UTRADE account holders may refer other new clients to open an UTRADE account during the promotion period. After the referee has successfully opened an UTRADE account, the referrer will receive 50 chances with every referral in the Lucky Draw.
The referee is required to enter the referrer’s first 6 digits of UTRADE account number and full name at the “Promotion code” column in the online account opening form. For example, if the account number of CHAN SIU MING is 999996-001, the referee should enter “999996 CHAN SIU MING”. Once the promotion code is entered, UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited will not accept any changes.
Account executives and staff of UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited and its affiliates do not qualify for this promotion.
The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 24 March 2022.
Winners will be will be drawn randomly by computer. If UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited subsequently determines that a winner is not eligible. UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited reserves the right to replace him/her with a replacement winner in the reserve list. Non-eligible winners refer to corporate accounts, institutional accounts, suspended accounts, account executives, staff of UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited and its affiliates.
Clients can only win once in this promotion.
Winners will be notified via email one week after the draw is conducted.
Announcement of the winners will be published on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 31 March 2022.
The 1st and 2nd Prizes must be collected from the Wan Chai office (Address: 6/F, Harcourt House, 39 Gloucester Road, Wan chai) of UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited. The 1st and 2nd Prizes must be collected on or before 30 April 2022 and the collections will be conducted on an appointment basis. Subsequent transportation of prizes will be at the sole responsibility of winners. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited with no compensation provided to winners. UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited is not responsible for the gift merchant platforms to provide any products or services including product sales or after-sales. The 1st and 2nd Prize winners need to show their personal identity documents and prize notification emails upon receiving the prizes. Winners, who delegate another person for collection, must show an authorization letter by clients, personal identity document copy with client’s signature and prize notification email copy when they collect the prizes. Winners or delegates are required to sign upon receiving the prize.
The 3rd Prizes will be sent to the winners’ registered emails within 60 days after the results have been announced. UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited is not responsible for any unsuccessful emails and the gift card merchant platform to provide any products or services including product sales or after-sales. For 'Special Prize' winners, a maximum of HK$1,000 commission will be rebated against contracts executed with UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited via UTRADE trading platforms including UTRADE Web/ UTRADE HK Mobile App/ UTRADE Futures (Web/ Mobile App)/ UTRADE HK Options (Web/ Mobile App) between 1 April and 31 May 2022. Rebates will be credited into winners' account within 60 days after the last qualifying trade date. Commission cannot be redeemed for cash.
All prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or other discounts, and are non-transferable.
Suspended accounts will not be eligible to participate in the promotion.
UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage arising in connection with this promotion.
Should there be any disputes arising from the promotion, the decision and records of UOB Kay Hian (HK) Limited shall be final.
