Terms and Conditions

1. Hong Kong Stocks Real-time Streaming Lv1 - ETNet Service costs HKD 85 per month.
2. The promotion period is from 3 July 2023 until further notice.
3. For clients who generate online commissions of at least HKD 300 (for HK online transactions executed between the 26th of the previous month and the 25th of the current month), the charged monthly fee will be fully rebated to the client within the first 3 working days of the following month.
4. Clients are required to complete the application form and submit it via post or email to eform@uobkayhian.com.hk (please indicate the desired date of service activation).
   The streaming service will be officially activated at least 2 working days after the completion of the application process.
5. Hong Kong Stocks Real-time Streaming Lv1 - ETNet Service is only available for use on the UTRADE HK mobile application.
6. Charges for streaming services are on a monthly basis. If your subscription is activated in the middle of the month, you will be billed for the entire month. Example: If your subscription starts on 15 July 2023, you will be billed for the entire month of July 2023.
7. Clients will be charged a monthly fee within the first 3 working days of each month. In the case where a subscription is activated in the middle of the month, the fee will be charged after the service activation. Example: If a client begins the service on 15 July 2023, the service charge will be debited from their account on or after 15 July 2023.
8. Clients are required to provide at least two working days’ notice prior to terminating the streaming service.
9. There will be no refund if clients terminate the streaming service within the month.
10. UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to suspend, amend and terminate the above offers, and change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final decision in the event of dispute.
