General Terms and Conditions:
- The promotion period is from 15 Sep 2021 to 31 December 2021, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
- The commission offers are only applicable to Self-Service Clients ("New Clients") who have successfully opened a Futures Account with UOB Kay Hian Futures (Hong Kong) Limited ("UOBKH") during the promotion period. Clients who are tagged with an Account Executive are not eligible for the offers.
- Self-Service Clients refer to clients who did not subscribe to any Account Executive Services and did not open UOB Kay Hian Futures Account with UOB Kay Hian Futures (Hong Kong) Limited in the past 12 months.
- If clients terminate their accounts, withdraw and/or transfer any global futures holdings to other financial institutions within 6 calendar months after the account is opened, all discounted commissions will be debited from the client's accounts without prior notice.
- Qualified clients must subscribe to the e-Statement service.
- UOB Kay Hian reserves the rights to suspend, change or terminate any offer, and/or amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of UOB Kay Hian. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- All offers are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Terms and Conditions for Global Futures Offers:
- USD 5 Comm. per Contract for Online Global Futures Contracts for 6 Months
- New clients can enjoy commission discount at USD 5 per contract for Mini DJI Average $5, Mini NASDAQ and Mini S&P placed via any UTRADE platform for 6 months.
- The original commission for Mini DJI Average $5, Mini NASDAQ and Mini S&P by self-service clients is USD 15 per contract.
- The commission promotion period is valid for 6 calendar months from the New Account opening date. For example, if the account opening date is on 15 September 2021, the offer will end on 28 February 2022.
- Eligible new clients are still required to pay other charges including but not limited to Stamp Duty, Transaction Levy, Transaction Fees, CCASS Fees etc.
- USD 6.5 Comm. per Contract for Day Trade and USD 8 Comm. per Contract for Overnight Trade for Online Global Futures Contracts
- New clients can enjoy commission discount at USD 6.5 per contract for day trade and USD 8 per contract for overnight trade placed via any UTRADE platform.
- The commission offer is applicable to non-micro products and USD products.
- The original commission for non-micro products and USD products by self-service clients is USD 15-20 per contract.
- The commission promotion period is valid from the new account opening date, until further notice.
- Eligible new clients are still required to pay other charges including but not limited to Stamp Duty, Transaction Levy, Transaction Fees, CCASS Fees etc.
- Perpetual Subscription Fee Waiver for US Market Reports by Refinitiv (The Former Thomson Reuters)
- Clients who have a Securities Account with UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited can log in and access the US Market Reports by Refinitiv via UTRADE trading platform.
- Services only accessible for clients who have successfully opened a Securities Account with UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited.
- Perpetual access to Refinitiv US Stock Reports, in-depth analysis covering over 60 industries and daily global market analysis
- The perpetual subscription fee waiver offer is valid from the new account opening date, until further notice.
- Global Futures Real-time Streaming Waiver
- New clients can enjoy CME Futures Real-time Streaming Services for free till further notice.
- To subscribe for the real-time streaming services, you must fill in the Subscriber Self Certification form to declare your status as a non-professional investor and return to us by post. Non-professional investor refers to a client who receives market data solely for his/her personal, non-business use.
