The Group's annual sales amount reached RMB23b in 2020, supported by production base in China, Vietnam and Cambodia, which can produce various knitwear of about 440m pieces. Gross margin stayed ahead of peers for the past 5 years, ranging from 30.3% to 32.5%.
- Vertically integrated production model reduces costs and increases efficiency.
The production processes from fabric weaving, dyeing, printing and embroidery to sewing and cutting are all concentrated in the same industrial zone, reducing process connection time and logistics costs, making the production cycle stable and shorter than the industry average.
- Actively invest in R&D.
As of the end of 2020, the group has applied for 536 patents, including 183 new material fabric patents. Every year, Shenzhou initiates 25 to 35 R&D projects and develop more than 1,000 new products, which help increasing its competitiveness.
