• Manage full spectrum of office administration functions, including office supplies purchasing, printing, courier and document dispatch services, receptionist duty, renovation and maintenance

  • Handle compliance related matters for corporate finance activities including but not limited to review corporate/legal/compliance documentation, perform AML assessment and independence checks and liaise with solicitors, regulatory authorities and other relevant parties as required throughout deal execution process.
  • Conduct continuous compliance review and surveillance exercises on all relevant Investment Banking Department transactions and activities.
  • Formulate, implement, maintain and review compliance manuals, policies, procedures and systems to ensure that all investment banking activities are in compliance with the applicable laws, regulatory requirements and the Group's policies
  • Negotiate with counterparties regarding all relevant legal agreements and documents
  • Liaising with external counsels on regulatory aspects of transactions


  • Bachelor’s degree from a major university with 5+ years of legal and compliance experience dealing with Type 6 regulated activities in major investment banks or SFC licensed corporations
  • Strong understanding of information control and conflicts of interest issues, as well as surveillance and monitoring experience
  • Strong working knowledge of securities law and capital markets practice

  • Handle and execute securities orders for US market & global futures market
  • Form 7 or above

  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work in night shift and public holidays


Responsibilities :

  • Originate, develop and maintain good quality of service and relationship with clients.

  • Plan and organize sales activities to develop new businesses

Requirements :

  • Obtain university degree in business, finance, economic or related disciplines.
  • Acquire minimum 2 years’ direct experience in client relationship management or marketing in banking / financial services industry.
  • Possess good knowledge in financial products such as structured products, bond, equity and index/commodities futures etc.

  • Provide strategic objectives and support requests on any system and product development including new product development, enhancement, bug fix, and regular maintenance.
